Dim Sum is the Chinese tradition of pointing to and eating a variety of dumplings with a surprise inside. Have some fun at your next party with these Chinese appetizers and "Yum Cha" go eat dim sum. Vegetable Gyoza: Wrapper (wheat flour, water, salt). Filling (cabbage, bean sprout, onion, dry scallion, egg, tofu, carrot, ginger, garlic, salt, pepper, sesame oil, rice noodles). Chicken Dumpling: Wrapper (wheat flour, water, starch, soybean oil and salt). Filling (napa cabbage, chciken, water, soybean oil, corn starch, sugar, salt, chicken flavor base, sesame oil, white pepper). Pork dumpling: Pork, cabbage, dried shrimp, dried mushroom, hot seafood sauce (dried shrimp, pepper, garlic bacon), potato starch, salt, sugar, monosodium glutamate, sesame oil, white pepper. Dough: wheat flour, water, starch, soybean oil, and salt. Beef Wonton: Filling: Beef, green pea, celery, water chestnut, soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, wheat), corn starch, sesame oil, rice cooking wine, salt, sugar and white pepper. Wrapper: Wheat flour, water, salt.
 

Deep fry dim sum appetizers for 2-3 minutes. Steam covered for 8-10 minutes or bake in 375 degree oven. Line tray with parchment paper. KEEP APPETIZERS FROZEN. Do not microwave. Do not thaw or defrost.
