Ingredients:
 

 
Duck Spring Roll Filling: Boneless, skinless duckling leg confit, green cabbage, diced mushrooms, dry sherry, diced radish, shredded carrots, rice wine vinegar, hoisin sauce, ginger sauce. Spring Roll Wrapper: wheat, flour, water, salt.
 
Directions:
 

 
Line baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease. Bake duck spring roll appetizers in a pre-heated 375 deg F oven until golden brown for about 10-12 minutes. For deep frying, heat fryer to 350 F and fry for 2-3 minutes. KEEP FROZEN. Do not microwave. Keep appetizers frozen. Do not thaw or defrost.
